Advanced Joomla Course - Master the opensource CMS in all its functions
This 24-hour course will take place over 3 days (it will be agreed with the students whether to do them consecutively or separately, depending on availability) and will enable the student to gain a deep and detailed insight into the world of Joomla: we will learn what a CMS is and how to exploit its potential to the full, so as to arrive at the end of the course with a complete and functioning website.
It is not necessary to know how to programme but a basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is strongly recommended.

Target audience
Anyone who is familiar with computers and basic programming systems (HTML, CSS). It is not necessary to know how to programme, but it is convenient for making some customisations. The ideal recipient is anyone who follows the IT department of a company and who has to physically build the site. The course is however intended for newcomers to joomla as we will still start from scratch to get an overview as complete as possible.
What you need to bring
It is necessary to arrive in the classroom with
- Laptop (any operating system) that can be connected to a wireless network (given the duration of the course it is advisable to bring a charger)
- In the laptop you must have installed a programme for file transfer via FTP, such as:
- For Windows: FileZilla
- For MAC: CyberDuck or similar
- We'll provide water, coffee and breakfast ;-)
